Many thanks to those who attended, donated time, assets and cash to make this a truly unique and special fundraising event. Chef Mark and friends (including one with a Bib Gourmand award - shout out to Mister Mao!) served up some of the most incredible food ever tasted, washed down with sweet wines from Martin’s and easily digested while groovin’ to Bon Bon Vivant. Also, for those who partook, we now know what it means to be oyster pampered - Bright Side style. The sky parted allowing sunshine and cool breezes to scare away the raindrops, making for a perfect afternoon to enjoy veranda style porch-sittin’ at the 1st St Racquet Club.
