Program Operations Manager

Waves joined T.R.E.E. in September 2016 as the Earthkeepers Program Coordinator. This year, she has transitioned to a new role at T.R.E.E. to support program coordinators and to establish the 3rd grade Lost Treasures program as a cornerstone of Life Science education in elementary classrooms.

Waves holds a double major in Environmental Studies and Geography, with a minor in Psychology, from Florida State University. Her  background includes experiences in the Colorado backcountry, the Virgin Islands, the National Park Service, and public school systems, all of which shaped her journey to T.R.E.E.

Grateful for her vibrant community in New Orleans, Waves is passionate about helping others connect with and appreciate the natural world.
