An Evening Run That Is Fun For Everyone

POWER MILE LOGO

You don’t have to be an avid runner for a great time at this race. It’s a run for all ages and abilities.

If watching and cheering is your speed, this will be fun for spectators. The post-race party will entertain the whole family with live music, Wellness Water, Nola Snow Sno-Balls, Abita beer and lots of great food.

There is a half-mile youth race before the elite race for children under 12 and a 1 mile run/jog/walk for anyone.

If you can run a mile in under 7 minutes, The Power Mile is the 2016 RRCA Southern Region One Mile State Championship, a chip-timed road race on a USATF certified course.

Proceeds will go to T.R.E.E., Edward Hynes Charter School Athletics and the Power Miler Track Club.

Find out more about the race here or register now and support 3 great causes.

WHERE AND WHEN?

Pre- and post-race activities will be located in the parking lot of Edward Hynes Charter School on the corner of Argonne St. and Harrison Ave. in Lakeview, New Orleans.
